Rosewood at Westphalia
This is a major world class opportunity of properly developing 6000 acres with a 500 acre town center on the nation's main street -- Pennsylvania Ave. -- at the Beltway; nine miles from the White House; and next door to Andrews Air Force Base -- one the largest federal enclaves that is ready to take on even greater missions. This is equavalent to doing Reston or Columbia New Towns forty years later and half the distance from downtown as a multicultural / multiracial experience in the exact center of Prince Georges County.

people love animals
Prince George's County is home to people who are truly kind and compassionate. People look out for animals when going about their daily lives - some feed birds, deer and so on; some spend a high proportion of their time and energy helping dogs and cats. Residents here have a great deal of disposable income, and many spend a portion of that on veterinary services, on pet care and grooming, on toys or in other ways sharing their lives with their pets.

Rosecroft Raceway
We need to fix this up by allowing slot machines at this location. Just look at what slots did for Charlestown, WV.
